Want to build your dream home?
Call our office at (254) 716-9987 or fill out the contact form on our website. We’d love to schedule a meeting to talk through your dream house wish list, including design elements, unique features, and the overall aesthetics of your future home.
If you have a floor plan, we’ll take a look at it and offer some suggestions to ensure your dream home includes everything you need and want. After that conversation, we’ll start collecting a reliable bid, which takes about three to four weeks.
During this short time frame, we will be diligently working with our subcontractors to get the most accurate price to minimize surprises at the end of your project.
Don’t have a floor plan? No problem. We will gladly work with you and our favorite architect to design a plan that meets your needs and hopefully, your budget. Once the house plans are ready, we’ll move forward in obtaining a bid.
Do you wrestle with indecision and fear the thought of having to come up with a floor plan? No problem, we’ve got you covered! BAM also offers a variety of floor plans to suit your needs.
Once you finalize your plans and we obtain a bid, we’ll schedule a follow-up meeting to review that bid with you. We’ll talk about your likes, dislikes, and any changes you want to make. We’ll also suggest some available cost-saving measures.
After reviewing the bid, it’s up to you. If you want to move forward and let us build your dream home, simply sign the contract we give you at that bid meeting. If you want to move forward and let us build your dream home, we’ll have a contract at that bid meeting for you to take home, review, and sign.
Please note we highly recommend you don’t wait until the day you’re ready to build to give us a call. Creating the floor plan and creating a bid is just the beginning of the home-building process. After we both sign the contract, BAM works out the engineering details and obtains the necessary city permits–this process often takes about two to three months. Don’t delay in contacting us and scheduling a meeting.
