Owner, Jonathan Barrow, is a hometown boy. Born in Waco and raised in Lorena. He knows the city and its surrounding areas, and he understands the people, communities, and the need for high quality, yet affordable homes.

Aging In Place

If you spend the time, money, and energy on building your dream home, chances are you’ll want to stay there for many years to come. But what happens when you have an unexpected surgery and can’t walk up the stairs?

We really enjoyed working with Jonathan through the design and construction process. He was very accommodating and took a lot of extra time to explain things to us, go through our options, and give his advice when sought. He was very respectful, extremely responsive, and enjoyable to work with. He stayed in continuous contact with us throughout the building process. He even drove us to a store (45 mins away) to help us pick our lighting fixtures and fans. We are very happy with how our house turned out and would highly recommend working with him.
