Since starting BAM Builders in 2015, the team has experienced growth while keeping their personal, unique touch. BAM Builders loves to build custom dream homes, as opposed to mass-produced houses or showcase pieces. As spelled out in the pre-build process, the owners meet with each customer to ensure that they have thought through their floor plan before the first shovel touches the ground. Whether you own a lot or are looking for one, we can use your floor plan, or work with you to design a floor plan customized to suit your unique needs and specifications. During this phase, BAM Builders especially encourages customers to think about aging-in-place options; whether a customer has a wheelchair or walker in their life, some simple design elements can be included in any home to make them truly accessible.
As the BAM team has experienced growth, they introduced their home remodeling services in 2020, BAM Remodeling. Just like the building process, the remodeling team works closely with professional subcontractors, talented designers, and experienced artisans to ensure an easy process and exceptional results. BAM Remodeling is ready to tackle complete home renovations, as well as specialized remodeling for localized areas of your home. The team works hand in hand with homeowners to ensure they meet their visions throughout the entire remodeling process.

MEET THE BAM TEAM
Derek Rebber
Project Manager
Derek Rebber is BAM Builders' Project Manager. Working in the housing industry since 2000, he has spent years doing drywall, carpentry, granite countertops, remodeling, and building homes. Since joining the BAM team, one of his favorite aspects of BAM Builders is how they work with every customer to complete their project so they can move into their dream home.
Derek is very outgoing, personable, hardworking, and solution-oriented, making him a great asset to the BAM team. He says what sets BAM Builders apart from other builders and remodeler is that they are a family-oriented business, and they take pride in that.
Aside from managing BAM's projects, Derek enjoys spending time with his fiancé, Lauren, and his kids, Dusty and Sterling. He loves camping, hunting, and anything outdoors. He even runs a small ranch with his father and lives on top of a rattlesnake den!
Lauren Clark
Remodel Project Manager
Lauren Clark, BAM's Remodel Project Manager, is originally from Chicago. She is a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant and Certified Dermatology Tech through the National Healthcare Association. Lauren worked in healthcare until 2022 when she joined the BAM team. Since then, she's learned how to utilize her leadership and problem-solving skills in managing remodel projects.
When it comes to BAM, Lauren says integrity sets them apart from other builders and remodelers. One of her favorite things about working with BAM is making customers' dreams become a reality. She loves challenges and feels so fulfilled when she hits her designated benchmarks. She is continuously striving to grow her knowledge and add value to every client she serves.
Lauren will be there every step of the remodel process, from the initial first meeting to the finalized project. She is an organized manager with hands-on experience in planning and implementing assigned projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all of our customers.
In her spare time, Lauren enjoys being outside, boating on Lake Waco, and camping. She also loves family time and making memories with her fiancé, Derek, and his two kids. Another fun fact about Lauren is that she has a Siberian Husky named Aspen!
