A lot of times, we get asked, “what all do we get to pick when we build with you?​​​​​​​” And to be honest, almost all of it. ​​​​​​​I say “almost” only because I know there is going to be some aspects that we assume are a default, but you may have wanted to pick. Something that we’ll get to learn about after the fact.

I know you’re probably reading this with your brows furrowed and your jaw dropped for your local custom home-building company to admit that custom homes aren’t fully custom. Let me explain! Every single home has its own floor plan, looks unique, and takes different lengths of time to build. Not one home we build has ever looked the same- and we’ve built a lot!

So now you’re probably confused because I just explained why your custom-built home is…custom. That’s because when you build with BAM, we follow the same process for every single home. Each build has the same engineering done and, most importantly, the same standards of quality.

We love walking you through the process of creating your custom home; we absolutely love taking you “shopping” to pick out the different finishes, and we love meeting with each customer to ensure they have thought through their floor plan before a shovel ever touches the ground. And personally, I love building the process around that to make sure we don’t have to re-learn the same lesson.
