Based on our Heart of Texas Builders Association 2020 Parade home, this floor plan was custom-built in Hewitt for a family looking for more space for their children. Whipping up a tailor-fit custom home for a loving family is our passion. We got to work and created a stunner of a floor plan with four, yes, FOUR spacious bedrooms, and a trio of ultra-luxurious bathrooms upstairs. See those windows around the 2-story living room? Now, let’s hop downstairs! We knocked it out of the park with a versatile layout that houses a laundry room (with a handy-dandy chute connected to the upstairs), a chef’s kiss kitchen, dining and living spaces, plus an extra bedroom for guests with a full bathroom, and an office.
